As patient wellness has always been our central value, house calls were routinely made to care for our patients who were unable to visit the office.  Out of this practice the House Call Division was created.   From a modest beginning as a traditional house call service, it evolved into a state of the art healthcare delivery system serving the neediest patients in the Capital District of New York, the homebound.        

Medical appointments are available at our office or your residence.  Whether in our office, at your home, or in an assisted living facility, the miracles of current technology make the quality of care identical.
